Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. No subscription charge is due for using the trial itself.

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription. Once processed, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise communicated.

Refunds are not automatic. A refund request must be made in writing and is subject to review and written approval based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Approved cancellations and refunds will be confirmed in writing. Any approved refund timing may depend on the original payment method and payment provider.
