Using InstiPlus
You may use InstiPlus only for lawful institute operations and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for information entered through your account and for maintaining accurate account details.
Accounts and access
You must protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, data or the service.
Free trial and subscriptions
New institutes may receive a 14-day free trial with Growth-level limits and no credit card requirement. Continued use after the trial requires an available paid plan. Published plan prices and limits may change prospectively with appropriate notice.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, abuse messaging or review workflows, or use InstiPlus in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Institute data
You remain responsible for your institute's records and for obtaining any permissions needed to process student, parent and staff information. Service access is subject to the technical and security controls of the platform.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, InstiPlus is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
